Patricia A. "Pat" Vance, 71, of Lebanon, died on Sunday, December 26, 2010 at Good Samaritan Hospital.
She was born on Monday, October 23, 1939 to the late Paul Eisenhour and Helen Eisenhour nee Houser in
Lebanon. She enjoyed bingo, reading, crossword puzzles and gardening.
Surviving are sons Thomas spouse of Sherry Vance, Jonestown, Phil spouse of Kim Vance, Myerstown, Cory
Vance, FL; daughter Tammy spouse of Erasmo Castaneda, Lebanon; 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brothers
Harold Eisenhour, Lebanon, Donald Eisenhour, Carlisle; sisters Ethel Martin, Blueball, Julia Milanchus, Lebanon,
Shirley Davis, Lebanon. She was preceded in death by son Eugene Vance; brothers Clarence Eisenhour, Lester
Eisenhour, Lloyd Eisenhour, Arthur Eisenhour, Carl Eisenhour; sisters Pauline Palm, Dorothy Good, Doris Good.

Funeral services will be on Friday, December 31, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Mt. Annville Cemetery, Annville, following the service.
