Paul Wengert, Sr

Paul H. "Peepers" Wengert, Sr., 90, of Hershey, died on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at VA Medical Center, Lebanon.
He was born on Tuesday, February 08, 1921 to the late Thomas Wengert and Sadie Wengert nee Runkle in
Lebanon. He worked as a truck driver for JH Sprecher and was the head of the tire department for New Penn where
he retired. He was a veteran of the Navy in World War II. Paul was a member of the teamsters and Navy Club.
Surviving are sons Donald spouse of Robin Wengert, Lebanon,
Kermit spouse of Joan Wengert, Lebanon, Paul Jr., spouse of Judy Wengert, Lebanon; grandchildren Jason
Wengert, Thomas Wengert, Matthew Wengert. He was preceded in death by wife Arlene Wengert nee Hower.
Viewing will be on Thursday, August 18, 2011 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226
Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Friday, August 19, 2011 at 9:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, with full military honors, following the service.
