Pauline E. Boyer, 91, of Virginia, died on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at her home.
She was born on Thursday, July 10, 1919 to the late John Houtz and Katie Houtz nee Hower in Frystown, PA. She was a member of St. Matthews Evangelical Lutheran Church. She worked with her husband as co-owners of Mt. Zion Grocery Store. She enjoyed crosswords, baking and crocheting.
Surviving are sons Lynn spouse of Cinda Boyer, Harrisburg, Bruce spouse of Randall Boyer, Philippines; daughter Elaine spouse of Kelley Posey, VA; grandchildren Quincy Boyer, Kyra Dermody, Melissa Pacak, Scott Posey, Conlan Boyer, Hayley Boyer; great grandchildren Amelia Dermody, Tyler Pacak, Kaitlyn Pacak, Zachary Pacak. She was preceded in death by husband Harry G. Boyer.
Viewing will be on Monday, March 28, 2011 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at St. Matthews Evangelical Lutheran Church, 534 E. Lehman Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Monday, March 28, 2011 at 10:30 AM at the church.
Burial will be at Zion "Goshert''s" UCC Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service.
