Rafael Antonio Eusebio, Jr.

Rafael Antonio Eusebio, Jr., 61, of Lebanon, died on Friday, May 12, 2023 at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.
He was born on Saturday, December 30, 1961 to Rafael Antonio Eusebio, Sr. and the late Belkis Eusebio nee
Cabrera in Santo Domingo. He worked as a Landscaper for the NY Housing Authority and enjoyed collecting model
cars, coins and was a music enthusiest.
Surviving are wife Judith Eusebio nee Donate; son Rafael Antonio Eusebio, III; siblings Raul Eusebio and spouse
Mayra Garcia, Zuleika Eusebio, Arails Adames and spouse Victor; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and
cousins. He was preceded in death by sister Mayra Eusebio.
Viewing will be on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 3:00 to 4:00PM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland
Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Woodlawn South Cemetery, Miami, FL.
