Ralph E. Firestone, 76, of Palmyra, died on Tuesday, January 09, 2018 at The Gardens at Palmyra Nursing Home.
He was born on Thursday, December 04, 1941 to the late Clarence Firestone, Sr. and Sadie Firestone nee Nicholas in Lebanon. He was a member of Avon Zion United Methodist Church. and worked as a Tech Specialist for IBM. Ralph enjoyed woodworking, bowling, traveling on cruises and the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.
Surviving are wife Sharon L. Firestone nee Kreiser; son Douglas spouse of Chris Firestone; daughters Marge Binner, Alethea spouse of Nathan Messer; grandchildren Zachary Firestone, Joselyn Binner, Kayla Firestone, Jacob Williams, Dane Firestone; step grandchildren Lia Messer, Nathaniel Messer, Austin Lutz, Dustin Lutz, Jessika Lutz; 2 step great grandchildren; brothers Clarence Firestone, Jr., Larry Firestone; sisters Julia Albert, Christy Evans, Sue Gipe, Linda McQuire. He was preceded in death by wife Faye Firestone; step grandchild Madelyn Messer; brothers Charles Firestone, Irvin Firestone, Bruce Firestone; sister Wendy Beckly.
Memorial services will be on Monday, January 15, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Avon Zion United Methodist Church, 1205 E. Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Inurnment will be at Ebenezer "Greenwood" Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service.
