Raymond Joseph Tilley, Jr of Pine Grove, PA went home to be with the Lord on August 19, 2011 after experiencing a severe stroke. The son of Rev. Raymond and Anna Tilley, he was born May 16, 1934 in Riverside, New Jersey. Ray was the beloved husband of Ruth Laura for 58 years. Ray will forever be remembered by his three devoted sons Bryon, Thurmon and Roger; his eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him.
A Memorial and Celebration of Life Service will be held in Ray''s honor Saturday, August 27 at 1:00 pm at the Lebanon Area Evangelical Free Church at 600 Shepherd St in Jonestown, PA. The family has requested in lieu of flowers, if you wish to donate in Ray''s memory, donations can be made to the Lebanon Area Evangelical Free Church''s Missions Fund at 600 Shepherd St, Jonestown, PA, 17038, (717) 865-9900.
