Reteisa A. "Rita" Zellers, 86, of Cornwall Manor, died on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at Good Samaritan Hospital.
She was born on Tuesday, October 09, 1923 to the late Abram Buffenmeyer and Reteisa Buffenmeyer nee
Laudermilch in Lebanon. She was an active member of Hebron United Methodist Church where she faithfully served
the Lord in many capacities over the years. She was a graduate of South Lebanon High School. She was
previously employed as a saleswoman for World Book Encyclopedia and helped with her husband''s real estate
business. She was a lifetime member of the Lebanon County Flower Club. She enjoys gardening, cooking,
knitting, reading and keeping in touch with friends.
Surviving are son Dennis spouse of Rachel Zellers of Lancaster; daughter Nancy Zellers, who resides in Portugal; 3
grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sisters Mary Uhler, Helen Sholly, Bertha DiFava, Alice Pietronuto, Ruth Gettle
of Lebanon and Ida Hurst of Mohnton; brothers Abram Buffenmeyer of Schaefferstown, Jacob and Earl Buffenmeyer
of Lebanon. She was preceded in death by husband of 61 years Lester M. Zellers.
Viewing will be on Friday, May 21, 2010 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Hebron United Methodist Church, 5th Ave. and
Walnut Streets, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Friday, May 21, 2010 at 10:30 AM at the church.
Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, following the service.
