Rhonda J. Turner (Lutz), 51, after a long struggle with health problems passed away at home in Annville, PA on March 28, 2014. She was born July 16, 1962 in Lebanon, PA to Ronald and Ellen Lutz (Witmeyer). She was a strong and brave woman facing many health issues and fought every day till the end with a fantastic sense of humor.
Inspiring many in the family to take better care of their health and giving them hope to change their future. She was a daughter, mother, grandmother, companion and beloved friend. Surviving are Ronald and Ellen Lutz, Sr (parents), Ronald Lutz, Jr (brother), Michael Horner (companion), Alecia Rutter (daughter), Robert Turner, Jr (son), Sierra and Leighandra Rutter (grandchildren, daughters of Alecia), as well as many other family members and friends. There will be a service in the summer for family and friends. We will always carry your memory in our hearts.
