Richard C. "Sonny" Iceman, Sr., 77, of Lebanon, died on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Manor Care.
He was born on Thursday, July 20, 1933 to the late Richard F. Iceman and Pauline Iceman nee Romig in Cornwall.
He was a member of Rexmont Evangelical Congregational Church. He worked in Plumbing, Heating and Air
Conditioning. He was a veteran of the Army in the Korean War. He was a member of the Quentin Fire Department.
He volunteered at the Lebanon/Reading District Mission, attended Hannibal MO in 1993 for hurricane cleanup, was
an ambulance attendant for Cornwall Community Ambulance, a committee man and cubmaster in Pack 41 Quentin
for 10 years and certified in school bus maintenance and school bus driver with Cornwall Lebanon School District.
Surviving are wife Sally A. Iceman nee Killian, Lebanon; sons David T. spouse of Tina Iceman, Cornwall, Jeffrey A.
spouse of Dana Iceman, Cornwall; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sisters Marian Palm, Lebanon, Lucille
Fisher, Dauphin Co., Joyce spouse of Richard Greeninger, Myerstown, Rose Marie spouse of P. Kenneth
Castleberry, AR. He was preceded in death by son Richard C. Iceman, Jr.
Viewing will be on Monday, October 04, 2010 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226
Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Monday, October 04, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Cornwall Cemetery, Cornwall, following the service.
