Richard A. Miller, 83, of Mount Joy, died on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at his home.
He was born on Saturday, November 30, 1929 to the late Earl W. Miller and Mary Miller nee Wenrich in Bethel. He was a member of St. Paul''s United Church of Christ. He worked as an Industrial Engineer and was a veteran of the United States Army in the Korean Conflict. Richard transported ill children to hospitals and was a Mason. He was a gun collector and hunter.
He was the last of his immediate family. He was preceded in death by wife Claire G. Miller nee Frantz; stepson Douglas R. Mock.
Viewing will be on Monday, September 16, 2013 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Monday, September 16, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to Lebanon Masonic Temple, 499 S. 14th Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042.
