Ruth Young

Ruth E. Young, 95, of Hershey, died on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at her home. She was born on Monday, September 6, 1926 to the late John J. Morey and Edna Morey nee Brown in Ohio. She enjoyed roller skating, polka music and sewing. Ruth was excellent at cleaning houses. Surviving are children Carmen Rump and spouse Brian, James Young, Jr,. Mike Young, Sr., Howard Young, Elizabeth A. Kale; 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband James A.Young; grandchild Michael J. Young, Jr.; siblings Bill Morey, Mary Spuhler, John Morey, Tom Morey, Oliver Morey, Virginia Powers. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon. Memorial services will be on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, following the service.
