Susan Jane Light, 59, fondly known to all who loved her as Suzie, entered into eternal joy on October 18, 2021, at the Renova Center in Lebanon.
Suzie was born on Saturday, March 17, 1962, to Hilda Wolfe Light and Wilmer R. Light in Lebanon. Suzie was warm and caring and loved life. She was a lifelong member of the Suedberg Church of God and a friend of Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jonestown.
Suzie had a flair for fashion and was proud of her handbag collection. She enjoyed traveling and visited all of the continental United States, many Canadian provinces, Singapore, and Malaysia. Suzie loved music, concerts, plays, making latch hook rugs, and Penn State football. She was a gourmet and was fond of trying new restaurants and new flavors. Suzie participated in the Special Olympics and proudly worked at the Lebanon County Workshop and Quest until her retirement.
Suzie is survived by her sister, Maryann, and brother-in-law, Joel Guldin; and her brother, Joseph, and brother-in-law, James Kershner. She was very proud of her nieces and nephews Joanna Guldin and John Noll, Rachel Guldin, and Rebecca Guldin and Samuel Cove. She is also survived by aunt Nancy Wolfe, uncle Ken and aunt Sandy Wolfe, and numerous cousins.
