Velma "Jeanne" Cutright, 78, formerly of Chillicothe, passed away on Oct. 13, 2011, at home, with family at her side.
She was born in Wellington, IL on July 12, 1933 to Arthur G. and Myrtle F. (Dowling) Lockhart. She was a graduate
of Morton High School and married Jack L. Cutright March 13, 1951. He survives. She was preceeded in death by
her parents; her brother Donald Lockhart; sisters Nan Hoffer, June Eckersley, Glenola Elson, Maxine Lottman,
Noreen Himmelrick, and daughter''s spouse Bill Hannigan. She is also survived by her son Michael L. (Sherilynne) of
Chillicothe; daughters Teresa J. Cutright of Lebanon, PA, and Patricia J. Cutright (partner Dixie Spencer) of Winter
Haven, FL; grandchildren Brandon Cutright of Fort Pierce, FL and Ryan Cutright of Decatur, IL; sister Alice Musk of
Hoopeston, IL; and many neices and nephews very dear to her heart.
Her devotion to her children led to her active involvement in Cub and Girl Scouts. She was Neighborhood Chairman
for the Chi-Ro-Mo Council for many years. She enjoyed sports and was an avid reader.
Graveside services will be on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 10:30 AM at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery,
Annville, PA.
