Vera Shepps

Vera A. Shepps, 86, of Lebanon, died on Friday, August 21, 2015 at her home.
She was born on Friday, December 21, 1928 to the late Jonas Barnhard and Ada Barnhard nee Seitz in Lebanon. She was a member of Hebron United Methodist Church and worked as a seamstress.  She was a life member of VFW Post #23 of Lebanon and Mt. Zion Fire Company. Vera enjoyed watching Family Feud.
Surviving are sons Dennis spouse of Monica Shepps, Lebanon, Bruce spouse of Patty Shepps, Lebanon, Floyd spouse of Delores Shepps, Lebanon, Barry spouse of Marci Shepps, Bluffton, SC, Brian Shepps, Lebanon; daughter Nancy L. spouse of Donald Peffley, Annville; 15 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Roy R. Shepps.
Viewing will be on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 11:30 AM at the funeral home with viewing starting at 10:30AM.
Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, following the service.
