Victor E. "Vic" Koons, 83, of Lebanon, died on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at Good Samaritan Hospital.
He was born on Saturday, January 19, 1929 to Elizabeth Koons in Lebanon. He attended Open Door Baptist Church
and worked as a switchman for Bell Telephone. He was a veteran of the Army in the Korean Conflict and was a
member of NRA, enjoyed photography and going to the mountains.
Surviving are son Kevin spouse of Julie Koons, Lebanon; daughter Bonnie spouse of Robert Kantner,
Newmanstown; grandchildren Nathan Koons, Brian Koons, Adam Koons. He was preceded in death by wife Madlyn
Koons.
Viewing will be on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman''s Funeral Home, Inc.,
226 Cumberland Street.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, following the service.
